General
The Seagull S6 Original is an acoustic guitar with a solid cedar top. This steel-string dreadnought from the award-winning S6 series is one of Seagull's top-selling models. It's attractively priced too, making it accessible to players of all levels who are looking for an acoustic guitar with a great feel and sound. This updated version also has a beautiful hand-polished satin gloss finish.
S6 Original: Construction and Sound
The solid cedar top produces a warmer, deeper sound than spruce and is complemented beautifully by the Canadian wild cherry back and sides that add the sweetness of mahogany and the sparkle of maple to the overall tone. The neck is made of Canadian maple with a rosewood fretboard that has 21 frets. The neck also has a hand-finished satin gloss lacquer for optimal playing comfort. Stable tuning is assured too, thanks to the distinctive narrow headstock that guides the strings through the nut at just the right angle.
Wider Neck and Graph Tech TUSQ Saddles
The S6 Original has a string nut width of 1.8 inches which is slightly wider than most other steel-string acoustic guitars. That can make it easier for beginners as well as those who are used to playing a classical model. The string nut and bridge saddle are both made of Graph Tech's TUSQ which is a material designed to enhance the tuning stability and the sound of your instrument.

Hele fijne gitaar voor de beginner zoals ik, maar ook voor de gene met ervaring die niet teveel geld wil uitgeven en toch een mooi geluid wilt hebben.
Na een hoop goede reviews op internet te hebben gelezen was ik uiteindelijk verkocht. Totaal geen spijt van en weet zeker dat ik hier jaren plezier van ga hebben.
Gitaar was de volgende dag in huis en zoals altijd heel goed verpakt door Bax-shop om schade te voorkomen.
Na een hoop goede reviews op internet te hebben gelezen was ik uiteindelijk verkocht. Totaal geen spijt van en weet zeker dat ik hier jaren plezier van ga hebben.
Gitaar was de volgende dag in huis en zoals altijd heel goed verpakt door Bax-shop om schade te voorkomen.
