Bearing an all-mahogany construction and coated in a stylish Distressed Satin finish, the Sigma Guitars DJM-15 Aged acoustic guitar packs effortless character. The Slope Shoulder body shape combined with the slotted headstock, Grover machines heads, and faux-tortoiseshell scratchplate give this guitar the look of a genuinely vintage instrument with a story to tell.
The Sigma Guitars DJM-15 Aged: All-solid & all-mahogany
Strike a chord and you're greeted to a full-bodied, powerful sound framed by clear projection. This is all thanks to the all-solid mahogany body and neck - a tonewood renowned for its widely adaptable timbre and thick, warm basses when used to build guitars. To finish, Sigma have added a pau ferro fretboard, rounding off that warmth with bright definition.

Cette guitare est la réplique de la Martin dss15 Streetmaster qui n'est plus disponible au catalogue Martin, les chevilles noirs, l'attache de sangle en plastic noir et la finition usée tout comme la Martin, la seule différence est la tête.
C'est très rare de trouver un corps style Gibson j45 et en même temps le diapason classique de chez Martin.
C'est ce qui rend cette guitare unique. C'est chantant, on a de très belles basses tout en ayant d'avantage de complexité dans les médiums qu'avec un dreadnought acajou. Le Pau Ferro des touches offrira une très bonne durée de vie, la table massive est épaisse.
J'ai beaucoup de guitares folk et 30 années de pratique et j'ai été très surpris par cette guitare. Elle offre vraiment une ambiance musicale cohérente. Elle est légère, facile à jouer, jolie. Franchement, elle surclasse toutes mes guitares acoustiques. J'suis désormais fan de ce modèle.
