Takamine GD30-12NAT: solid-top dreadnought
This natural-coloured GD30-12 is a dreadnought-model western guitar from Takamine's improved G Series. With its large body with mahogany sides and back, solid spruce top, and twelve steel strings, this guitar offers a deep, rich and resonating sound. The neck accommodates six double sets of strings and is therefore a bit wider than that of a standard 6-string model, but it still is surprisingly slim and comfortable to play.
Finish and special features
Because looks matter too, the Takamine GD30-12NAT has been decorated with subtle yet tasteful details. Around the body and sound hole you can find multiple black-and-white bindings. The sound hole also features a mother-of-pearl inlay and a beautifully shaped black pickguard completes the picture. The guitar is fitted with a split bridge saddle for a better intonation and purity of tones.
