General

Using the NEX-sized guitar body, Takamine developed a range of compact guitars that sound fiercer than the larger dreadnought models. Thanks to the NEX body, you get an impressive volume out of a highly compact guitar. The budget-friendly G series brings craftsmanship and that distinctive high-quality Takamine sound, no matter how big or small your budget is. Remarkable for this is price range, is the GN20-NS´s solid top which greatly benefits the resonance of the body. As you can expect from any Takamine instrument, this guitar is perfectly finished.

Construction of the Takamine GD20-NS

Cedar wood is known for its warm, balanced sound and quick response which is why it's very popular among guitarists in lighter genres. The solid cedar, combined with the mahogany sides and back, gives this GN20-NS a detailed, warm sound. The comfortable, slim neck is fitted with a rosewood fretboard and thanks to the unique split bridge saddle, you get the best intonation possible. Thanks to the innovative, pinless bridge, replacing strings becomes much easier than with steel-string guitars that have a standard bridge.

Finish of the Takamine GD20-NS

The satin-gloss lacquer really brings out the beautiful woodwork of this Takamine. Elegant black-and-white bindings emphasise the alluring shape of the body while the laminated rosewood on the headstock, seamlessly integrated with the fretboard, gives this guitar its sophisticated looks. With the Takamine ND20-NS you're getting your hands on a budget-friendly acoustic steel-string guitar that sounds just as good as it looks.

Takamine GN20-NS Acoustic Steel-String Guitar

Takamine GN20-NS Acoustic Steel-String Guitar

Goede gitaar, geluid is prachtig.
