General
With the Ignitor-6 Section stroboscope you will have a lot of stroboscope options in your hands. It is fitted with 6 special strip LEDs that can be controlled individually and are surrounded by high-quality reflectors. This makes the light yield and reflection of the light almost identical to those of a traditional, powerful stroboscope. Happily, the energy consumption and size are quite modest, while its life span is a lot longer.
Technology of the Ignitor-6 Section
The Ignitor-6 was developed because there was a demand for a stroboscope that could produce creative chases and random strobe effects. Showtec has made it happen: the Ignitor-6 gives you control over 6 separate stroboscopes in one housing.
Construction and Use of the Strobe
This stroboscope can easily be mounted to a wall, ceiling, bar, DJ booth or stand, thanks to the built-in suspension bracket. At the side, special holes with screw thread are provided, fit for a G-hook or half coupler. These allow you to use the system as creatively as you wish!

Goede led- strobe met chases als interessante toevoeging. Niet zo fel als een klassieke 1500W stroboscoop maar komt zeker in de buurt. Twee of meer van deze fixtures geven een mooi effect door de chases.
Diverse handige opgangmogelijkheden, makkelijk horizontaal of verticaal aan een truss te hangen.
De DMX-mogelijkheden zijn absoluut niet toereikend. Ik heb met MYDMX 2.0 van ADJ zelf maar een profiel aangemaakt. Zo is er via DMX bijvoorbeeld geen geluidsgestuurde modus te selecteren via DMX.
Groot minpunt vind ik dat er een vaste powerkabel van 70cm aanzit. Voor bijv. 4 van deze Showtec Ignitor 6 Section heb je dus 4 stopcontacten nodig. Onbegrijpelijk dat er geen IEC - Shuko aanwezig is voor een Daisychain. Hierdoor én de beperkte DMX-mogelijkheden een waardering van 3 sterren.

zeer makkelijk te vervoeren en met de 3 of 8 dmx kanalen heb je genoeg om hem in je lichtshow te programmeren
