General
Beyerdynamic's DT 1990 Pro headphones are highly impressive in all respects. They are robust, durable, extremely comfortable to wear, and equipped with high-resolution Tesla drivers that deliver a broad, dynamic and natural stereo sound. The ear pads are covered in soft fabric and are filled with memory foam for a fit so comfortable you'll almost forget you're wearing them, even during those lengthy listening sessions. Better still, they come with a range of accessories made up of extra ear pads offering different sound characteristics, two cables (a straight 3m cable and a coiled 5m cable), and a premium hard case.
Beyerdynamic DT 1990 PRO: Comfort and quality in professional studio headphones
You can tell that these headphones have been specifically designed for studio use as soon as you read the specs. The DT 1990 Pro headphones have a highly impressive frequency range of 5 Hz to 40 kHz to ensure you won't miss a note. With a nominal impedance of 250 ohms, you'll need a headphone amplifier if you want to connect them to something like a smartphone or tablet. The two included cables have a mini XLR plug to connect them to the headphones and a stereo mini jack plug to connect the headphones to your audio source. A mini jack to jack adapter is also included.
