An affordable coaxial studio monitor with honest, transparent audio reproduction via a phase-free woofer and tweeter configuration: this is the Fluid Audio FX50. The coaxial design means that the tweeter has been placed in the middle of the woofer for uni-directional spread instead of the two-point spread you'd get with a separated woofer and tweeter, which only benefits the phase of the audio. Loaded with a five-inch woofer, this monitor packs a respectable 49Hz low-end: perfect for all-round production work and providing enough range to perform in larger home studios. In short, this is a solid entry-level production tool for the more serious beginner.
