The RP10-3 is the heaviest active monitor from KRK's popular Rokit series. This three-way active studio monitor produces a full, dynamic and astoundingly detailed sound. As such, it is not only suited for larger home and project studios, but also for professional use. The monitor is of a considerable size, which means you can also put it on its side.
RP10-3: three-way
The KRK RP10-3 studio monitor has a three-way sound reproduction system. This means it is equipped with three separate drivers that all have their own amplifier. The RP10-3 has a 10 inch woofer for low-range tones, a 4 inch driver for mid-range tones and a 1 inch tweeter for high-range tones. As the highs, mids and lows all have their own driver, the RP10-3 has an extensive combined frequency range, and the individual drivers can produce more sound with less power. The result is a detailed sound with less distortion.
Placement and the front panel
The Rokit RP10-3 can be used both horizontally and vertically, because the tweeter and the mid-range speaker are placed in a unique, rotatable housing. Simply remove the screws, tilt the housing and re-apply the screws and your monitor is ready for horizontal use. Another distinctive feature of the RP10-3's housing is the curved front panel, which prevents internal resonance and widens the 'sweet spot'.

Duurzaam, strak design en een prachtige kwaliteit geluid. Het is misschien geen 1000 watt, maar er komt een pittig volume uit die beestjes!
Een aanrader voor de producer met de wat ruimere studio die ook wel eens een tuinfeestje geeft.

ik ben enorm te spreken over deze monitors zeer mooie weergaven van alle tonen voornamelijk de bas verbaast me werkelijk geen sub nodig genoeg laag aanwezig
hogen toon en mid toon zeer makkelijk te draaien voor het geval je de speakers op ze kant wil leggen wat bij mij het geval is echt en super product van krk zeer stoer uiterlijk behoorlijk groot maar toch staan ze er heel mooi bij in de studio. Echt en aanrader! min punten nog niet gevonden op het gewicht na ze weegen wat maar als ze eenmaal op de plek staan heb je daar geen last meer van
