Yamaha Motif XF6: sounds

 

The Motif series wouldn't have become so popular if it didn't feature phenomenal sounds. You'll find no less than 741 MB of new waveforms featured in this black synthesizer, consisting of a plethora of different instruments. Of course, those numbers also contains the famous Yamaha synth sounds! The acoustic sounds stand out with great articulation and dynamics without having an exaggerated electronic sound. When it comes to electronic sounds though, the Motif XF6 isn't lacking either. You can layer and combine sounds to your heart's desire, and you can even save your favourite settings in one of the many User-slots or Performances.

 

DAW compatibility and VCM effects

 

A modern synthesizer such as this Yamaha Motif XF6 is often used in studios, and for this reason, it's equipped with a Remote Control function so it will work perfectly together with your favourite DAW. The different buttons on the synthesizer's control panel work to control the various functions of your software.
