The Vic Firth T1 timpani mallets General are real all-rounders. They do not favour any particular playing technique, but provide a general, rich sound. The mallets are made of maple and have a seamless head for a full sound. For the design of these all-round timpani mallets, Vic Firth could refer to years of experience as a solo timpanist with the Boston Symphonic Orchestra.
