Many drummers have no idea what exactly a resonance skin does. Evans has set a mission to make drummers more aware of the influence of resonance heads. The Reso 7 sheets are coated sheets, with a film thickness of 7 mil. When you properly match the batter sheet and the resonance sheet of your 18-inch floortom, you no longer need any additional damping material. The Reso 7 sheets provide the perfect balance between tone and sustain. A warm, deep and full sounding tom with little sustain, which pop or rock drummer doesn't want that?

• In mid-2019, Evans changed the logo on the sheets. It used to have 'Level 360' on it, which is no longer the case with the new sheets. The sheets with 'Level 360' on them are still in circulation, so you might receive one with or without that text. Otherwise, the sheet is completely the same. All sheets are still delivered in the old box, which will also be replaced at the end of 2019.
