General

If you are looking for a tomvel that provides you with a rich, sensitive and bright sound with plenty of sustain, the Evans EC Resonant is for you. This sound is created by a combination of factors. For instance, this drumhead features a thickness of 10 mil, where mid-range sounds are particularly pronounced. It also features Sound Shaping Technology (SST) and a dampening ring. This drumhead is also a single-ply head that can be used as a resonance head. The drum's natural sound is thus shown off to excellent effect.

Tips or comments about this product
  • In mid-2019, Evans changed the logo on the sheets. It used to have 'Level 360' on it, which is no longer the case with the new sheets. The sheets with 'Level 360' on them are still in circulation, so you might receive one with or without that text. Otherwise, the sheet is completely the same. All sheets are still delivered in the old box, which will also be replaced at the end of 2019.
