Evans TT13HR Hydraulic Red 13-inch Drumhead

Heb dit type vel gekocht om eens te testen. Ik vond de looks sowieso erg gaaf (de vellen kwamen nl. op een zwarte kit). Heb ze zowel op een high end, als een middenklasser drumkit gezet. Vooral voor de middenklasser vind ik ze prima geschikt. Voor high end drumkits dempen ze te veel.

Het vel is enorm duurzaam, vrij dik en zorgt voor een lage, dikke en plakkerige toon. Wil je laag? Dan zou ik zeggen, go for it! Wil je meer toon, overtoon en zelf in control qua demping zijn, dan is dit vel niet geschikt.
