General

The Remo RE-0008-SS 8-inch Renaissance Emperor tomvel is ideally suited for use in the musical style of jazz, but also lends itself perfectly to orchestral percussion. This double-layer 2 mil Mylar drumhead has an open sound, fast attack and controlled sustain. Play the skin with sticks, brushes or mallets: the Renaissance Emperor gives you a warm sound spectrum, with a fast response and thus provides an excellent balance between toms, snare and bass drum.
