Following the release of the world's first fully synthetic trumpet, Jiggs now introduce th pTrumpet hyTech: a unique hybrid trumpet that has been made of metal and ABS, fitted with a 5-inch cup and given a Bb tuning. How's that for the best of both worlds!
Much like most other instruments from Jiggs, the pTrumpet hyTech is made mostly of ABS plastic to guarantee a durable and lightweight construction. The hyTech differs from earlier models due to the use of metal for the stem, valves, mouthpiece and leadpipe, and comes with a high-quality 7C silver-plated brass mouthpiece. If preferred, a plastic mouthpiece can be installed instead.
The biggest benefit of the trumpet's plastic construction is its light weight, making the instrument ideal for students who are still working on proper posture and playing technique. Built to last regardless, the pTrumpet hyTech also offers more experienced players a solution for situations in which they'd prefer to leave their more expensive go-to at home. As a matter of fact, this black-coloured model comes complete with a gig bag so you can go out and play anywhere.
