General

The MP TR 14B4 mouthpiece for trumpet is a member of the Standard series and has a relatively large rim and a shallow cup. This silver-plated model is suitable for all music genres and delivers outstanding balance.

The Standard series

Yamaha, the instrument manufacturer from the land of the rising sun, designs and produces a large number of mouthpieces for brass instruments such as trumpet, tuba, trombone, bugle, horn and cornet. There are in fact so many that they've been divided up into different series. As a result of this large selection, there really is a model for every kind of musician. The mouthpieces from the expansive Standard series are produced with advanced equipment operated by leading experts. Their hard work has created a selection of Yamaha mouthpieces that are easy to play, have a good weight, attach smoothly and have great precision.
