General
The YFB-822S is a tuba from Yamaha, tuned in F. You can expect an incredibly powerful and warm sound from this professional model. It is a flexible model that can be used for different purposes. You can use it as a soloist or as an addition to an orchestra. The low register sounds powerfully like the sound of a big C tuba, while the high notes give you a lot of control with a quick response. It uses four front action valves and an additional rotary valve. For professional players who need a powerful F tuba that you can use in a variety of situations, this is the ideal choice.
