General
Compiled for serious beginners that are ready for the stage, the Cascha HH 2258 pack bundles up an ultra-durable, lightweight and easy-to-clean electro-acoustic ukulele with a body and neck made from one piece of carbon-fibre. Fully departing from the style of a traditional uke, this sleek model features a more electric-guitar-like body shape complete with a cutaway to grant smooth access to the highest of the eighteen frets. The soundhole has also been shifted to the side of the body, directing the sound at the player to improve monitoring during gigs, and besides being able to plug this ukulele into an acoustic amplifier or PA system, you can stick it through pedals to add delay, reverb or chorus and other effects to really give your stage sound some colour and atmosphere. And, to get your new gigging buddy safely to rehearsals and gigs, Cascha have thrown in a deluxe soft case filled with 5mm-thick padding as well as a strap and a set of three plectrums.

Ik ben net begonnen met het spelen op de ukulele. Dit is mijn tweede ukulele en ik ben niet verbaasd dat hij gelijk alweer is uitverkocht. Het geluid is verrassend helder en redelijk tot goed van volume. Het elektrisch deel is leuk, niet bijzonder. Het is een ukelele met een heel eigen heel plezierig karakter. Speelt relatief licht. De bouwkwaliteit is goed tot zeer goed. Hij wordt geleverd in een tas met een hele stevige Body. Daarom is het mijn perfecte reis ukelele.
