In addition to a volume control, the preamp comes with an integrated tuner as well as 3-band EQ controls so you can polish up the amplified sound at will. Also, the 21" soprano body is a tad smaller than the body of its concert-size counterpart, making the HH 2315E sound a little more focussed.
