Product information

General

Most beginners buy a soprano ukulele and run into limitations after six months. Too small, too few frets, too little volume. The Flight DUT34 starts where those models end: it is a tenor ukulele with 18 frets that is much closer to a guitar in size and feel. Flight has completely redeveloped the model in 2019, from headstock to bridge. Thus, this ukulele delivers a warm and full sound thanks to its laminated mahogany body with curved back. Playing feels natural and comfortable thanks to the supple okoume neck and Techwood fingerboard. Take it with you in a flash thanks to the included gig bag!

Built-in pickup

What sets the DUT34 apart from a regular ukulele is the built-in Artec passive piezo pickup. No separate clip-on microphone and no hassle with batteries for a preamp: just plug in a cable and you can play directly over an amplifier or PA. That makes this instrument very useful in various situations, both in the living room and on a stage. The cable output also works as a carry strap button, so you can easily carry the instrument with a strap for ukulele. In short: the Flight DUT34 EQ is perfect for beginners or experienced guitarists looking to make the switch!
