General

Designed to be shown off, the Flight Iris Concert Ukulele features a solid spruce soundboard and mahogany body decked out in Dark Blue and finished with a white pearloid pickguard and a rosewood fretboard. The wood combo doesn't just bear a striking look, but strikingly rich sound where the solid top resonates with big, bright presence and the laminated mahogany back and sides promote warm and full basses. This results in balanced acoustic sound, long sustain and strong projection - ideal for playing as part of a band or ensemble, and definitely the kind of sound you need in the studio. The classical-guitar-style slotted headstock and set of Der Jung machine heads further enhance the old school rock-and-roll vibe of this model, and just to be safe, this uke comes pre-wrapped in a padded gig bag complete with an instruction booklet and a Flight sticker pack.
