If you'd like to add a concert-size ukulele to your collection, then the mahogany Kala KA-C is a great and affordable option. It also comes complete with a bag! Mounted with a rosewood bridge and fretboard, this satin-gloss uke gives a full and creamy sound in the high frequencies.
Satin Mahogany Series
The popular Satin Mahogany series was introduced by Kala back in 2005 and has included the brand's flagship models ever since. These chic-looking ukes have a satin-gloss finish, white binding and a mahogany body that gives them a rich, warm sound, making them just as popular with more advanced players as they are with beginners.
Kala
Kala Brand Music Company was founded by Mike Upton in the US in 2005 and produces hand-made ukuleles, U-basses and guitars in Petaluma, California. Just as with their ukulele basses in 2007, Kala's signature Elite series has since given the name global status. Kala has invested a lot in creating instruments that have a distinct sound as well as comfortable playability. Since the beginning, the company has been providing ukulele players all around the world with quality instruments at a great price.

Initieel moeten de snaren vaker gestemd worden. Eenmaal op rek klinkt het warm en vol.

Mijn oude uke kreeg ik niet goed gestemd en met deze is het veel eenvoudiger.
Ben er heel blij mee en heb nu meer zin om te oefenen :-)

In het begin moest de e-snaar redelijk vaak worden gestemd, deze moest bijna om de twee minuten weer worden gestemd De rest van de snaren bleven na een paar keer stemmen al gelijk redelijk goed getuned. Na een dag fanatiek stemmen bleef de e-snaar ook redelijk gestemd ;)
Bevalt me in ieder geval erg goed.

Eigenlijk veel ukelele voor zijn prijs.
