This Kala Solid Body U-Bass ukulele is the next step in Kala's line of 21-inch bass ukes. It comes complete with polyurethane strings that are known for delivering delicious low frequencies. These next- generation U-Basses are manufactured in California and then assembled in the Kala Custom Shop. This particular 4-string ukulele features Custom HipShot tuners that were designed specifically for these models. The electronics are comprised of a Mi-Si Align active preamp and a black GrapTech TUSQ self-lubricating string nut that enhances sustain and tone. The included gig bag, which is adorned with the Kala logo, has a plush lining and a handle as well as shoulder straps.
