General
The Kala Striped Ebony Tenor is a stylish ukulele that stands out for its luxurious appearance and full, warm sound. The body is made of ebony (striped ebony), a type of wood that not only provides a full, balanced sound but also a striking dark wood grain with natural light brown stripes. Thanks to its tenor size, this ukulele offers more volume, sustain and playing space than smaller models. This makes it ideal for players who want to combine both chords and melodies or like to perform with a powerful, highly projected sound. The satin finish accentuates the natural look of the ebony and feels smooth to the touch, enhancing playing comfort. The mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard also contribute to pleasant playability and a warm tonal balance. The Graph Tech NuBone nut and bridge saddle ensure stable intonation and clean sound transmission, the Aquila Super Nylgut strings stay in tune just fine even during intense playing and long sessions.
