General

The Kala Voyage Collection Courage Mahogany Tenor is a stylish tenor ukulele with a mahogany body and neck, finished with a satin finish that beautifully accentuates the natural wood grain. Thanks to its larger tenor size, this ukulele offers extra resonance, more volume and slightly fuller bass compared to a smaller instrument. The combination of mahogany and Aquila Super Nylgut strings provides a rich tone with a clear midrange and plenty of sustain. An artistic pattern designed by Maori artist Sam Mangakahia has been etched into the top with laser precision. This design, which symbolises courage (Courage), is part of three unique creations in the Voyage Collection. This ukulele comes with a matching gig bag with the same motif and a card explaining the story behind the design. An inspiring instrument that not only sounds beautiful, but also carries a special meaning.
