The Kala Voyage Collection Gardenia Mahogany Tenor Ukulele combines traditional woods with artistic design. The body and neck are made of mahogany, a type of wood known for its warm, full sound and balanced response. The satin finish accentuates the natural wood grain and gives the instrument a refined look. The top features a laser-etched floral motif designed by Maori artist Sam Mangakahia. It is inspired by a Hawaiian flower species that was often used in rituals but is now threatened with extinction.

Stable tuning, extensive possibilities

Thanks to the Aquila Super Nylgut strings, tuning remains stable and the characteristic clarity of the tenor soundboard is shown to full advantage. This size also offers a slightly deeper resonance and more playing space on the fingerboard, making this ukulele suitable for both beginning players and experienced musicians looking for more expressive possibilities. The Kala Gardenia Tenor comes with a matching gig bag and a card that tells the story behind the design.
