General

Is the neck of a standard soprano ukulele just a bit too small for you, or are the frets too close together? Then Mahalo has the solution in the form of this Java Series MJ1 with a slightly longer Concert style neck. For the rest, this uke has a familiar look, is made of various exotic woods and is also very reasonably priced. For instance, the body is made of nato and is glued to a mahogany neck with a teak fingerboard. This results in a warm acoustic sound with excellent projection. Also, the lacquer coating ensures that the drawings of the wood come out beautifully. In short: a feast for the eye and the ear.
