Ortega's RU5-SO is an attractively-priced soprano ukulele that's perfect for beginners. This uke has a mahogany body and a spruce top with a satin finish. The instrument also has a lovely tortoise-style binding, a beautiful laser engraving and sealed self-lubricating machine heads. It produces a bright, acoustic sound with warm accents and excellent dynamics whether you play with your fingers or a plectrum.

Ik heb nooit eerder een snaarinstrument gespeeld (wel andere instrumenten) dus ik kan vinger-gevoel niet vergelijken. Het ligt prima in de hand. Ik moest wel even wennen en zoeken naar de juiste houding en het vasthouden. De snaren klinken prima en zijn vrij stemvast. De G-snaar is de enige die ik wat vaker bij moet stemmen. Verder ziet het er mooi uit, alles netjes afgewerkt. Voor deze prijs een fijn instapmodel!
