The SKB 3i case 1080x432x190mm L is a sturdy hard case for anyone who wants to transport or store their equipment safely. This iSeries case is made from ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin and has a hard outer shell that is highly resistant to impacts and rough handling. With generous internal dimensions of 107.95 x 43.18 x 19.05 cm, it is ideal for longer or larger items that require extra protection, for example when touring, for hire or during intensive on-location use.

Mil-Standard protection against the elements and impact

As you would expect from the SKB iSeries, the case is gasket-sealed, water- and dust-tight, and even submersible in accordance with MIL-STD 810H. This ensures your contents remain better protected in rain, dust or wet environments. The case is also designed to withstand corrosion and impact damage, and is resistant to UV, solvents and mould (MIL-STD 810H). The automatic pressure equalisation valve (MIL-STD 810H) is useful when dealing with changes in altitude and temperature.

Practical to use and transport

The case features the Trigger Latch® System for a reliable closure and a moulded-in hinge for extra durability. The padlock loops allow you to use a padlock for added security. The snap-down rubber over-moulded cushion grip handle feels comfortable in the hand, even when carrying heavier loads. And thanks to the built-in wheels (castors), you can easily roll the case along, meaning you need to lift it less during transport to rehearsals, the set or storage.
