The SKB iSeries Injection-Moulded Mil-Standard Waterproof Case is a compact hard case designed to provide serious protection whilst on the move. The case is injection-moulded from ultra-strong polypropylene copolymer, making it highly resistant to impact and corrosion. Thanks to its gasket seal, it is water- and dust-tight and can even be submerged, in accordance with MIL-STD 810H. With its handy size, this is a logical choice for the safe transport and storage of sensitive equipment, accessories or measuring tools, without the need for a large flight case.

Submersible in accordance with MIL-STD 810H

This iSeries features a submersible design and is sealed to be water- and dust-tight. This makes it suitable for use in challenging environments, such as on location, in the field or during transport where moisture and dirt pose a risk. The case is not only waterproof but also resistant to UV, solvents, corrosion and even mould (fungus), also in accordance with MIL-STD 810H. This ensures the case continues to perform reliably, even when used outdoors frequently or regularly exposed to changing conditions.

Practical features for everyday use

SKB equips this hard case with clever, durable features. These include a moulded-in hinge for extra strength and the Trigger Latch® System for a reliable closure that opens quickly. The snap-down rubber over-moulded cushion grip handle fits comfortably in the hand and offers extra comfort when carrying. It also features an automatic ambient pressure equalisation valve, ensuring the case remains easy to open even when faced with changes in altitude or temperature. Handy for anyone who travels or is frequently on the move.
