The SKB 3i case 556x429x264mm DT is a robust iSeries hard case for anyone who wants to protect their equipment properly during transport and storage. The case is injection-moulded and made from ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin, making it highly durable. Thanks to its sturdy, hard exterior, this case is suitable for intensive use, for example when travelling frequently or moving between different locations. With its spacious interior dimensions, there is room for a wide range of gear, whilst the construction is designed to keep your contents as safe as possible.

Mil-Standard protection against water, dust and impact

This SKB iSeries case is gasket-sealed and therefore water- and dust-tight. Furthermore, it is submersible in accordance with MIL-STD 810H, making it ideal when you need to take your equipment into challenging environments. The case is designed to withstand corrosion and impact damage and is also resistant to UV, solvents and mould (MIL-STD 810H). Temperature fluctuations are no problem either: it is rated for temperatures ranging from -56.11 °C to 82.22 °C. This gives you a reliable, all-round protective case that continues to perform even outside its comfort zone.

Practical features and easy to move

SKB has fitted this hard case with clever details such as a moulded-in hinge, padlock loops and the Trigger Latch® System. This ensures the case remains securely closed, whilst still allowing you to open it quickly when you’re working on location. The snap-down rubber over-moulded cushion grip handle ensures comfortable carrying and lifting. It also features an automatic ambient pressure equalisation valve (MIL-STD 810H), which is useful for dealing with pressure differences whilst travelling. This model is fitted with built-in wheels/castors, making it easier to move around.
