The SKB 3i Series case 572x565x312mm C/W is a sturdy hard case designed for the safe transport and storage of valuable equipment. The case is injection-moulded and made from ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin: lightweight for its class, yet built to withstand knocks and heavy use. Thanks to its hard exterior and reliable locking mechanism, your contents remain better protected whilst on the move. With internal dimensions of 572 x 565 x 312 mm, this is a spacious case suitable for a wide range of applications, from AV to (backline) hardware.

IP67: water- and air-tight, ready for the tough stuff

This 3i case features a gasketed seal and is both watertight and airtight. What’s more, it is submersible to IP67 standards, significantly reducing the risk of moisture, dust and dirt getting in. This is particularly useful when transporting equipment in variable weather conditions or dusty locations. The case is also resistant to corrosion and impact damage, ensuring your equipment remains better protected during rough handling. The automatic ambient pressure equalisation valve (MIL-STD-648C) helps to compensate for pressure differences, for example when travelling or during temperature changes.

Smooth rolling and secure closure

This model is particularly practical for everyday use: it features built-in wheels and a retractable pull handle, so you don’t have to lift everything. Attention has also been paid to details, such as the moulded-in hinge and the comfortable snap-down rubber over-moulded cushion grip handle. The Trigger Latch® System closes securely and quickly, and thanks to the ability to stack safely, your set-up remains organised in storage or in the lorry. The temperature range of -56.11 °C to 82.22 °C makes it highly versatile.
