The SKB iSeries 3i-2421-7B-E is a fully-featured, Mil-Standard waterproof case for anyone who wants to protect their kit properly. This injection-moulded hard case is made from ultra-strong polypropylene copolymer resin and features a gasket seal, making it water- and dust-tight and even submersible in accordance with MIL-STD 810H. It is also resistant to corrosion and impact damage, ensuring your equipment remains safe during transport, storage or use on location. A practical choice for AV, photo/video, measuring equipment and other sensitive electronics.

Smart locking mechanism and robust features

SKB equips this case with the Trigger Latch® System for quick and reliable closure, plus a moulded-in hinge for a solid hinge construction. For extra security, padlock loops are provided so you can lock the case with a padlock. The handle is a snap-down rubber over-moulded cushion grip handle: comfortable to hold whilst being sturdy enough for intensive use. Changing conditions have also been taken into account, with an automatic ambient pressure equalisation valve in accordance with MIL-STD 810H.

Built for rough handling

This iSeries case is designed to withstand rough handling: it is UV-resistant and resistant to, amongst other things, solvents, corrosion, mould (fungus) and impact damage (MIL-STD 810H). The exterior is hard-wearing and the dimensions provide a spacious interior with a total internal depth of 178 mm, comprising 51 mm of lid space and 127 mm of base space. Thanks to the built-in pull handle and wheels, you can also take it with you easily, even when it’s heavily loaded.
