The SKB 3i iSeries case is a robust hard case for anyone who wants to transport valuable equipment safely. This case is injection-moulded from ultra-strong polypropylene copolymer resin and features a gasket-sealed construction that is water- and dust-tight and even submersible (MIL-STD 810H). This makes it suitable for intensive transport, storage and use in varying environments. This is the E/W version: an empty interior (for you to organise yourself) and fitted with a pull-out handle and wheels.

Smart hardware and MIL-Standard features

SKB equips this iSeries with components that really make a difference in practice. Think of a moulded-in hinge, padlock loops and the Trigger Latch® System for quick and secure closure. The handle is a snap-down rubber over-moulded cushion grip handle, which is more comfortable to carry and provides a better grip. Also handy: the automatic pressure equalisation valve (MIL-STD 810H), ensuring that changes in altitude and pressure have less impact on opening and closing. The casing is also resistant to UV, solvents, corrosion, mould and impact damage (MIL-STD 810H).

Space, size and versatility

With internal dimensions of 737 x 559 x 406 mm, this is a spacious, versatile case suitable for a wide range of applications: from audiovisual equipment and measuring instruments to camera or product kits (depending on your own inlay). The lid clearance is 51 mm and the base section offers a depth of 356 mm. Thanks to the built-in pull-out handle and wheels, you can move the case more easily, despite its sturdy, robust design. It can be used across a wide temperature range, so you can count on reliable protection even in cold or hot conditions.
