The SKB iSeries 3i-261712HD8 is a robust hard case designed specifically for the Blackmagic Design ATEM Television Studio HD8, HD8 ISO and 4K8. Inside, you’ll find high-quality foam that’s moulded to ensure your switcher stays securely in place during transport. There’s also an extra-large accessory compartment underneath the switcher for items such as the power supply and other essentials. This allows you to carry your entire kit neatly and safely, without loose parts in your bag or flight case.

Mil-Standard protection for on the move

As you’d expect from the SKB iSeries, this case is made from ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin. The case is gasket-sealed, making it water- and dust-tight, and suitable for submersion in accordance with MIL-STD 810H. It is also resistant to UV, solvents, corrosion and mould (MIL-STD 810H) and offers serious protection against impact. Handy features such as the automatic pressure relief valve (MIL-STD 810H) help to provide extra protection for your gear in changing conditions.

Practical to use, TSA-ready

Ease of use has also been taken into account: the case features a built-in pull handle and two-inch-wide wheels, so you can easily take it with you as a trolley. The five patented Trigger Latch® fastenings ensure a reliable seal, whilst padlock loops and TSA-compatible locking options provide extra security. The hinges are also protected and fitted with stainless steel pins. With the rubber over-moulded handles and the oversized double-grip carry handle, you can comfortably lift it in and out of the car.
