The SKB 3i Think Tank case Div. PL is a rock-solid iSeries hard case designed for the safe transport and storage of sensitive equipment. The case is injection-moulded from ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin and features a gasket-sealed closure. This makes it water- and dust-tight and even submersible in accordance with MIL-STD 810H. Whether you’re on the move a lot, working on location or simply want to store your gear properly: this case is built to keep knocks, dirt and moisture out.

Built for heavy-duty use

This SKB is designed to withstand harsh conditions. It is resistant to UV, solvents, corrosion, mould and impact damage (MIL-STD 810H). It’s also well-suited to a wide range of temperatures: the case remains operational from -56.11 °C to 82.22 °C. Thanks to the moulded-in hinge and the Trigger Latch® System, the case closes securely and reliably, so you can load, unload and transport it with confidence, without putting the contents at unnecessary risk.

Practical transport features

The case is fitted with padlock loops so it can be secured with a padlock (padlock not included). The snap-down rubber over-moulded cushion grip handle ensures a comfortable, secure grip whilst carrying. Useful when travelling or at varying altitudes: the automatic ambient pressure equalisation valve (MIL-STD 810H) helps to equalise pressure differences. This version has no built-in wheels or castors, ensuring it remains compact and sturdy.
