The SKB 3R rSeries Mil-Standard case is built to withstand harsh conditions and intensive transport. This hard case is rotomoulded from impact-resistant and UV-stabilised LLDPE, ensuring a strong, durable housing that provides long-lasting protection. The construction is both watertight and airtight, ensuring your equipment remains well protected against moisture, dust and rough handling during transit. Please note: this model comes with an empty interior as standard, so you can organise the inside to suit your own requirements.

Mil-Standard protection

SKB designed the rSeries with extremely demanding (military) specifications in mind. This is evident from its robust construction and reliable hardware: the case is fitted with solid stainless steel fastenings and hinges that can withstand intensive use. This makes it suitable for situations where you require maximum security, such as touring, hire, storage or long-distance transport. Furthermore, the watertight and airtight seal ensures the contents are better protected against changing weather conditions and challenging shipping conditions.

Space, dimensions and versatility

With internal dimensions of 91.44 x 83.82 x 22.86 cm, this case offers plenty of space for a wide range of applications. The lid has an internal depth of 7.62 cm and the base 15.24 cm, providing additional options for bespoke inlays or your own foam solutions. Some rSeries models are available with foam or dividers, but this model comes empty, giving you complete freedom to organise the interior as you wish. Please note that this version does not have built-in wheels and weighs approximately 24 kg on its own.
