With the Axino Synergy Core, the all-powerful Antelope Audio take a mighty leap into the future. More than just a pro-grade condenser microphone, the Axino is a complete recording solution that essentially serves as an audio interface that can be directly hooked up to your computer using nothing more than a humble USB port. And that's not all. As you would only expect of the Synergy Core platform, effects are run directly from the hardware, easing the load on your computer CPU and freeing up processing power for other essential tasks. When it comes to emulating genuine hardware, the effects offered by the Synergy Core platform are the very best you can get, so you're essentially setting up your recording and production work with the genuine sound of classic, vintage hardware.
Besides vintage effects, the Axino Synergy Core comes with a sweet collection of just-as-classic microphones, totalling at 18 emulations. All of which are loaded directly from the microphone itself, costing you nothing in terms of CPU. To ensure as accurate a capture as possible, the microphone has been fitted with a large-diaphragm capsule with a gold-plated diaphragm, while recording in full, 24-bit, 192kHz resolution is made effortless. The AD/DA conversion is up to full Antelope Audio standard, so that's near-perfect thanks to the 64-bit AFC clocking method used for all of their audio interfaces.
Since the Axino Synergy Core is essentially an audio interface in the form of a studio-grade microphone, it can literally be used anywhere. Since you can directly select effects and microphone models, it's a solid tool for artists that need to be able to work on the fly.
