Rode’s Podcaster is the perfect solution for mobile recordings or internet radio broadcasts The Podcaster is plug and play and compatible with PCs as well as Macs. Its clear frequencies make it suitable for voice-overs and radio applications.

Een prima microfoon voor een usb device. Dankzij de ingebouwde popfilter klinkt het allemaal zuiver. Hangt natuurlijk grotendeels ook af van je omgeving, maar de microfoon in het algemeen is super!
De microfoon is vrij stil, dus het is aan te raden het geluid te versterken met software (voicemeeter bijvoorbeeld).
Al en al, een goede aankoop!

Heb deze microfoon gekocht omdat mijn vorige microfoon (Samson USB-1) bij opname last van ruis had. Hier moest ik software op toepassen om deze ruis niet meer te hebben, erg onhandig. Ik gebruik mijn microfoon voor livestreamen op Twitch en ging daarom opzoek naar een microfoon die dit probleem niet had.
Deze microfoon is er perfect voor! Ook is dit één van de weinig dynamische USB microfoons, wat voor mij erg voordelig is omdat mijn mechanische keyboard veel lawaai maakt. Deze microfoon pikt daar niet zo veel van op als mijn vorige condensator microfoon.
Kortom een echte aanrader, vooral ook voor livestreamers!

Zeer degelijke microfoon. Goede bouwkwaliteit en opnames klinken kraakhelder. In combinatie met de studio arm en shockmount is het ook een mooie toevoeging aan mijn bureau. Daarbij biedt Rode 10 jaar garantie bij registratie op hun website.
De microfoon werkte in de eerste instantie niet helemaal lekker, maar na direct contact met de importeur hebben zij hem kosteloos weer werkend gekregen en binnen 4 dagen had ik hem weer in huis. Top service van Rode in alle hoeken van de wereld dus!

Dit is een uitstekende microfoon voor het opnemen van gesproken woord. Hij klinkt helder en warm. Ook hoor je weinig van eventuele storende geluiden uit je woonkamer.
Er zijn twee bijkomende voordelen waar ik niet van tevoren op had gerekend.
- De USB aansluiting werkt zonder problemen onder Linux
- De microfoon werkt extreem goed samen met spraakherkenningssoftware. Deze review is volledig foutloos gedicteerd!
