Equipped with both a USB-C and an XLR port, the Rode Podmic USB supports a fuss-free, direct link-up with a computer as well as more extensive set-ups that include a mixer or audio interface. Hooked up via USB, this flexible broadcast microphone sets you up with the excellent audio quality of a Revolution preamp, plus access to Aphex audio processing complete with essentials tools like a high-pass filter, a noise-gate, compression and, of course, the Aphex Aural Exciter for radio-grade sound. Next to the USB and XLR port, you'll find a latency-free headphone output and a volume control round the back of the Rode Podmic USB, which by the way is fully compatible with apps like Rode Connect, Rode Central, Rode Capture and Unify.
