General

An etherCON connector is basically an RJ45 connector but with a protective housing. So your connector is well protected but you can't plug it into a laptop or computer. To solve that problem, there is this adapter with an adapter from a female etherCON connector to a male RJ45 connector. A 50-centimetre cable runs between them. The RJ45 connector has a CAT6a format, suitable for speeds of up to 10 Gbit per second.
