General

The Klotz RC5EE003B RamCAT5 is a robust, flexible CAT5e UTP cable designed for intensive mobile use. Thanks to its stranded high-flex construction, the cable is particularly well-suited for reel storage and demanding situations on stage or on the move. The cable is fitted with CAT5e etherCON RJ45 connectors on both ends, ensuring it remains secure during frequent plugging and unplugging. The PUR sheath makes this cable extra durable and resistant to harsh conditions. According to tests, the RC5 is suitable for applications such as Dante™ up to 75 metres (Yamaha UK) and EtherSound up to 75 metres (Digigram), and can even reach 100 metres with Allen & Heath iLive ACE/dSnake. With a bandwidth of up to 100 MHz (≤60 metres), you are always assured of a stable connection, wherever you are working.
