General

The Klotz RC5ER300B RAMCAT5 cable is a real workhorse for live and mobile applications. This CAT5e S/UTP cable has been specially developed for situations where reliability and flexibility are essential, such as on stage or in the hire sector. Thanks to its ultra-robust PUR sheath, it can easily withstand rough handling and is suitable for drum storage. Yamaha UK, DigiGram and Allen & Heath all recommend the RamCAT for reliable data transmission – up to 75 or even 100 metres respectively. The cable supports high-quality systems such as Dante™, EtherSound and ACE/dSnake and has a maximum bandwidth of 100 MHz. It comes with a transparent heat-shrink sleeve for neat labelling and professional connectors, including etherCON and shielded RJ45.
