General

The Klotz RC5RR600V RAMCAT5 is an ultra-robust CAT5e Ethernet cable, specifically designed for demanding mobile applications where reliability is key. Thanks to its flexible PUR outer sheath, this cable can withstand intensive coiling and repeated use on stage. Various manufacturers, including Yamaha UK, rely on this RamCAT for audio-over-IP protocols such as Dante™, ensuring stable transmission up to 75 metres. EtherSound (DigiGram) and iLive ACE/dSnake (Allen & Heath) are also supported up to 75 and 100 metres respectively. The professional RJ45 CAT5e connectors ensure a secure and interference-free connection, whilst the transparent heat-shrink sleeve label makes it easy to personalise the cable during a hectic show.
