The Klotz RC5RRW050B RamCAT5 Drum System is a robust CAT5e UTP cable specially developed for intensive mobile use and drum storage. Thanks to its flexible PUR outer sheath, the cable remains supple and reliable even under harsh conditions. This S/UTP cable features professional, shielded RJ45 CAT5e connectors and supports data transfer up to 100 MHz. The maximum length for optimal bandwidth (100 MHz) is 60 metres; beyond that, the cable remains suitable up to 100 metres with slightly lower bandwidth. The cable is recommended by Yamaha, amongst others, for Dante applications up to 75 metres, and by Allen & Heath up to 100 metres for their digital systems. Even labelling is made easy thanks to the transparent heat-shrink tubing.
