General
The Klotz RC6ER0050 RAMCAT6 Outdoor black is an extremely robust, double-shielded data cable specially designed for outdoor and heavy-duty mobile use. Thanks to its solid AWG24 conductors and compression-resistant design with a PE cross-section, this cable effortlessly supports data transfer rates of up to 10 Gbit/s in accordance with IEEE 802.3an, over distances of up to 120 metres (EtherSound). The robust PUR outer sheath withstands harsh conditions, whilst the cable has also been tested as drag-chain-proof – ideal for hire and roadshows. The connectors consist of an etherCON M and a professional, shielded RJ45 CAT6a plug. Despite its extra-robust construction, this cable can be easily combined with the existing etherCON CAT5 range, but it does not fit the NE8FDY-C6 (chassis) connectors.
