General
The Klotz RCBEE030 RC5SBSW Outdoor is a 30-metre Cat5e UTP cable that excels in durability and reliability, even under harsh conditions. Thanks to the combination of solid AWG24 conductors, a double-shielded design (SF/UTP: foil and braiding) and a robust PUR outer sheath, this cable easily handles long runs for digital protocols. Applications such as EtherSound™, MADI, ACE/dSnake and Dante™ have been tested up to 120 metres, with the cable continuing to function reliably even when used with breakout panels, whilst maintaining an extra safety margin. The foam-skin PE insulation ensures that RJ45 connectors are easy to fit, and the supplied transparent heat-shrink tubing allows for neat labelling. In short, an ideal cable for live audio and AV installations on location.
