General

The PRD620 Prime cables consist of 8 conductors of oxygen-free copper, wrapped in 4 pairs with aluminium foil shielding. Around this is another shield of tinned copper braiding. An RJ45 connector with gold-plated contacts is attached at both ends, complete with protective Neutrik NE8MX-TOP etherCON housing. Combining this housing with other Neutrik True Outdoor Protection products creates a waterproof connection. In addition, the cable jacket is two-piece, with a PVC inside and a polyurethane outside. This makes the cable resistant to pulling, bending and even UV light, but still remains flexible. This version has a length of 75 centimetres.
