General

Procab's PRD620 Prime CAT6a cables comprise four pairs of OFC conductors wrapped in aluminium foil and shielded by tin-plated copper braiding. At either end sits a RJ-45 plug with gold-plated contacts and a Neutrik NE8MX-TOP etherCON housing which, when combined with other True Outdoor Protection (TOP) gear, ensures a waterproof connection. Meanwhile, the cable jacket also has a two-part design, including a PVC inner layer and a polyurethane outer layer that team up to keep the whole thing supple yet resistant to bending, pulling and exposure to UV light.
