General
With the Blackmagic Design HDMI to SDI 12G Micro Converter, connecting gear equipped with HDMI ports to professional monitors and other equipment becomes child's play. This ultra-compact converter has been outfitted with a single HDMI input and two 12G SDI outputs and you can even use multiple converters to carry an HDMI signal across longer distances with the help of an SDI cable. If you're linking up over 3G-SDI, then this can be set to level A or B so that the HDMI input is automatically matched. Meanwhile, input and output resolutions up to DCI/UHD 4K60 are supported, and fresh firmware versions can be loaded in via the fitted USB-C port, which doubles as a power supply input.
